About the 45 Days to Pay Initiative
The Aveyo 45-Day Program offers accelerated payment timelines for solar projects in designated Class A Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). This initiative recognizes areas with historically efficient permitting processes and provides financial benefits to solar installers and homeowners.
AHJs are classified based on historical permitting data, local regulations, and processing efficiency:
- Class A: Historically faster permitting timelines, eligible for our 45 Days to Pay initiative
- Class B: Standard permitting timelines with moderate processing efficiency
- Class C: More complex permitting requirements or longer historical processing times
